According to the Judicial Police, the 22-year-old was identified and detained, out of flagrante delicto, on suspicion of an urban fire crime, which occurred last June 12.
A young man was arrested for being suspected of setting fire to a local accommodation (LA) in which he lived "long months ago", in Vila Nova de Gaia, on June 12th. There were about 30 guests in the residence.
