In the general elections in Bosnia-Herzegovina a victory of the nationalist parties of the three disputed ethnic groups emerged on Sunday. Relative electoral winner became the Bosniak Democratic Action Party (SDA), which came to 19.9 percent according to partial results, followed by the National SNSD of Serb leader Milorad Dodik with 16.5 percent.
The three million inhabitants of this country, heavily divided on ethnic-religious lines, between Muslim Bosniacs, Orthodox Serbs and Catholic Croats, were called to the polls on Sunday. Abstention progressed with regard to 2022, showing a democratic fatigue.
