Stephen J. “Steve” Black, age 90, of Quincy, died on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 8:42 a.m. in Blessing Hospital. Steve was born on January 7, 1936 in Norman, OK, a son of Nelms and Marjorie Stanbury Black. On April 2, 2001, he married Barbara Gorby Ancelet in Quincy. She survives.
