DRACUT — Supporters of a proposed new school to replace the Campbell and Greenmont schools just received good news. The Massachusetts School Building Authority has approved a base budget of $165.4 million and a reimbursement rate of nearly 50% from the state. “We are thrilled,” School Superintendent Steven Stone said.
