State of Emergency Declared in Guánica by Floods · Global Voices

Mayor Ismael “Titi” Rodríguez Ramos issued this afternoon an executive order declaring a state of emergency in Guánica due to the rains that have caused accumulations of water in different low and low drainage sectors.
