The upper section of the stairs leading to a castle collapsed in Cieszyn, the city council announced. Thirteen people were on the stairs at the time of the incident. Four of them were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. "The others were provided with first aid, including psychological support," local police spokesman Krzysztof Pawlik told polsatnews.pl.
