STA: The accused of the attempted murder in New York City did not confess.

Danijel Maksimović, accused of attempted murder in September on the terrace of a restaurant in the middle of Nova Gorica, pleaded not guilty at today's pre-trial hearing at the District Court in Nova Gorica. The State Prosecutor's Office accuses the accused of assaulting the accused with a broken bottle, with which he allegedly injured the victim on the face and hands. The main hearing will begin on April 16.
