A two-day informal meeting of the telecoms ministers of the EU member states ended in Leuven, Belgium, with a focus on encouraging a safer, more responsible and trustworthy cyber environment, strengthening the digital infrastructure in the EU and building a strategic digital and telecommunications autonomy grid.
