STA: Arčon welcomed the decision of the Senate committee in Rome on the minority representation law.

The decision of the Italian Senate committee, which approved an amendment to the electoral legislation on Wednesday, raises hopes that Slovenians will get a representative in the Italian parliament, said today the Minister for Slovenians Abroad and Worldwide Matej Arčon. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also expressed satisfaction with the adopted amendment.
