Springfield man charged in East Longmeadow hit-and-run that seriously injured woman

After nearly three months, East Longmeadow police have charged a Springfield man in connection with a November hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a pedestrian, police announced Friday.Rubo Zhao, 34, has been charged with one count of leaving the scene of a personal injury crash, police said in a Facebook post. That is the only charge he is currently facing, but court documents indicate he does not have a valid driver’s license at this time.
