SOUTHWICK — The Southwick schools superintendent says a safety plan will be created with the family of the eighth-grader who reported racist behavior by students.Jennifer Willard, superintendent of the Southwick-Tolland-Granville Regional School District, said in a statement to The Republican that “an individual safety plan is created with the victim and the victim’s family to ensure they feel safe upon their return.”
