Feeding Southwest Virginia received a 40,000-pound food donation Thursday from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in collaboration with “Just Serve” and America250. The delivery was part of a nationwide effort by the Church to send 250 truckloads of food donations to 250 food banks across the United States in honor of America’s 250th anniversary.
