Southbow Landing: Cochrane's fresh new community

Qualico Communities recently purchased Southbow Landing, a 545-acre parcel of land slated to become a comprehensive master-planned community. The community has been in the works for almost a decade, but stalled shortly after receiving its Neighbourhood Plan approvals from the Town of Cochrane in 2015. The first three phases will offer mid-level single-family homes, as well as townhomes and duplexes, but that all housing types are in the Works.
