In 2024, the Sud Territoire inter-municipal authority (CCST) acquired a stake in the cooperative society of collective interest of the Sochaux-Montbéliard Football Club (SCIC FCSM) by investing €150,000. "At the time, FCSM had approached all the local authorities of North Franche-Comté. And we decided to support them, to participate in the capital of the SCIC, which manages the training center," recalls Christian Rayot, the president of the CCST.
