Hundreds of activists gathered this Saturday to denounce the impacts on biodiversity and the huge cost of the high-speed line project, estimated at EUR 14 billion, which should be "revalued by + 20%" with inflation. Opponents call for the renovation of existing lines.
Presented as the last "peaceful" meeting before the start of the work, scheduled for October, the initiative brought together nearly a thousand people, according to the organizers.
