South Gap construction on Minnesota Highway 23 continues

NEW LONDON — The expansion of Minnesota Highway 23 to four lanes from New London to Paynesville in the South Gap project resumed construction back on March 11, with only a few miles left to complete before the four-lane project stretching from Willmar to Interstate 94 is complete.
