Canada's Sophia Jensen won two silver medals at the FIC 2026 World Cup in Montreal, Quebec. It was the first World Cup outside Europe in 25 years and a first competition on Canadian soil. In Saturday afternoon's finals, Jensen first took second place in the women's event of the C1,500 m in 2 min 11.98 seconds, finishing at 1.30 seconds from China's Mengya Sun. Bronze went to Italy's Olympia Della Giustina.
