Smokers caught on fire at steirischer Tankstelle

A 29-year-old man was severely injured on Thursday afternoon by a fire at a gas station in the Upper Styrian hospital at Semmering. The man had spilled gasoline while pumping, while part of his clothes had been shredded. When the man sat in his car after pumping, according to the current investigation, he was likely to have lit a cigarette. His upper clothes caught fire, the Steiermark State Police Directorate reported on Friday.
