MT. OLIVE, Miss. (WHLT) - A former mayoral candidate in Mississippi has filed a petition to contests the results of the June 3 Municipal General Election. Marcia Hull's attorney filed the petition in the Covington County Circuit Court. This comes after she lost the mayoral race to incumbent Mt. Olive Mayor James Clifton Kelly, III, by 43 votes.
