France and Iraq signed a series of agreements in Paris to strengthen cooperation in defence, energy, transport and infrastructure. Iraq, France sign six agreements as al-Zaidi meets Macron
French President Emmanuel Macron received Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zaidi at the Élysée Palace, as Baghdad and Paris signed six agreements covering defence, energy, civil aviation and economic cooperation.
Iraqi sources announced that during the country's Prime Minister's visit to France, six memorandums of understanding on cooperation in the fields of defense, economy, diplomacy, and transportation were signed.
