Signal, communication problems caused Indonesia’s deadly train collision, says report
The April collision between a commuter train and a long-distance train occurred in Bekasi, killing 16 people and injuring 107, according to the transportation safety committee.
The National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) published an investigation report regarding the collision accident between KA 4B Argo Bromo and KA5568 A Commuter Line on Line I of East Bekasi Station, Bekasi City.
In the report, the KNKT identified six factors that contributed to the accident.
