Shirley Frances Sharp Bailey, widow of Marsh E. “Cotton” Bailey, departed this life on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at her home in Paris at the age of 86 years. Shirley was born in Scott County, Kentucky on October 18, 1937, the daughter of the late James S. and Naomi Reynolds Sharp, retired from Kentucky Textiles, having worked for thirty-five years as a line worker, ten years at Square D, and had also worked at the Dairy Queen.
