BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on the whereabouts of 36-year-old Jessie Ray Curtis. According to deputies, Curtis sustained a gunshot wound to his back during an exchange of gunfire stemming from an incident on Ella Way in Bowling Green on Monday, April 22.
