TOWN OF SUPERIOR — A 13-year-old boy is in custody after he allegedly fired a gun in the presence of Douglas County sheriff’s deputies on Tuesday, May 6. According to a news release from the sheriff’s department, deputies were called to a residence on State Highway 35 in the Town of Superior for a report of a juvenile throwing and breaking things.
