Seven companies are interested in the reform of the old Giesa factory in Zaragoza

Since the tender process opened on September 4 to decide to reform the old Giesa factory, in the Zaragozan neighborhood of Montemolín, up to seven companies have shown interest in winning this contract, valued as a whole at more than 18.5 million euros. The ultimate goal is to convert this enormous building with thousands of square meters into a facility dedicated to cinema that will be called District 7.
