Senate votes down bill restructuring University of Phoenix deal

Summary by Ground News

A letter from the Idaho Attorney General's Office that was released Tuesday had cast doubts as to whether the bill would adequately address legality and transparency concerns. The State Board of Education had created a nonprofit that would go out for a bond to make the estimated $685 million purchase.
