Seimas opposition KT decision on Zemaitaitis did not surprise: sees danger of political censorship

The opposition in the Seimas was not surprised by the decision of the Constitutional Court (CJ) to recognise parliamentarian Remigijus Žemaitaitis after violating the oath of a member of the Seimas and breaching the Constitution. Despite this, some parliamentarians see a dangerous precedent that could limit the ability of politicians to express their opinion in the future.
