Álvaro Beleza has proposed to the government a candidacy of Lisbon for the Olympic Games, in an initiative of SEDES that points the event as an engine for new investments and for the urban requalification of the capital and its metropolitan area
Álvaro Beleza believes that setting a date for the Olympic Games could help to fulfill calendars of works and requalifications. SEDES admits pointing to the 2040 or 2044 editions.
SEDES proposed to the government the candidacy of Lisbon for the Olympic Games, with the aim of speeding up structuring works and recharging degraded areas, revealed its president.
