According to the announcements, the High Representative of the International Community in BiH, Christian Schmidt, today introduced technical amendments to the electoral law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. With them, he said, he wants to ensure free and fair elections and their integrity. Among other things, he banned the candidacy of convicted war criminals.
