Savannah Bananas Release 2027 Schedule; Games Include Stops in Canada and Mexico
The tour adds games in Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico, with 79 stadium stops across three countries, the organization said.
- On Thursday, Banana Ball creator Jesse Cole announced the 2027 world tour schedule, featuring the league's first international games in Mexico and Canada spanning 79 stadiums across 74 cities.
- "Fans have been talking about us going international for years," Cole said, explaining that growing demand prompted the move. The barnstorming league began five years ago and expects to draw an estimated 4.3 million fans in 2027.
- International play kicks off in Monterrey and Tijuana, Mexico, in February, followed by summer games in Toronto and Winnipeg, Canada. The tour also includes stops at 23 Major League Baseball stadiums and 10 football stadiums.
- Alongside the tour, the league will debut a Disney-produced film on June 12 and introduce Banana Ball 360 at Notre Dame Stadium. The Banana Bowl Championship concludes the season at Nashville's New Nissan Stadium on September 25, 2027.
- Fans can enter the ticket lottery through October 31, 2026, with a wait list that reached 5 million this past year. Cole aims to continue his "vision to create 1 billion fans, one fan at a time.
