Portage la Prairie recognizes FASD Awareness Day
The City of Portage la Prairie is helping to shine a light on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) by proclaiming Sept. 9 as FASD Awareness Day. September is FASD Awareness Month, and the Portage and Area FASD Coalition is working to educate the public about the lifelong disability.
