RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA – Harvard-Westlake’s energy was high and its outside shooting accurate. Santa Margarita was lacking in both categories Tuesday. Harvard-Westlake beat the Eagles, 83-62, in a CIF Southern Section Open Division boys basketball playoff game.
