Sandy Springs plans to keep its 2026 millage rate at 4.731 mills, the rate set in its charter, but must advertise it as a property tax increase because a growing tax digest will bring in about $262,000 more than last year. Public hearings are set for 6 p.m. Oct. 20 and 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Nov. 3 at City Hall.
