Sandra Bullock Remembers 'Nothing' About Winning Oscar
Sandra Bullock said she had only two hours of sleep and barely remembers the night because she was secretly caring for newborn Louis.
Sandra Bullock discussed her Oscar-winning night on Live With Kelly And Mark on Thursday, revealing she remembers little because she was secretly caring for her newborn son, Louis.
Bullock, 62, attended the 2010 Academy Awards with only two hours of sleep because she was secretly raising Louis, whose adoption she had not yet publicly confirmed at the time.
The actress won Best Actress for her performance in The Blind Side, yet remained focused on returning home early to feed her son rather than celebrate the award.
Upon returning home, Bullock sat in her dress with the Oscar on the floor and Louis on her lap, unable to remove the gown due to exhaustion.
Bullock said, "It was the best way to have that night because it was so overwhelming in general," noting that exhaustion actually made the overwhelming moment more manageable.
