Arsenal sweep Coventry aside to start title defence with 3-0 win
Arsenal began their Premier League title defence with a 3-0 home win over newly-promoted Coventry City.
Kai Havertz scored the first goal within 15 minutes by converting a cross from Riccardo Calafiori.
The second goal involved Christos Tzolis and Bukayo Saka, with Tzolis scoring in his league debut and Saka contributing to the finish after a pass from Declan Rice.
Captain Martin Odegaard scored the third goal early in the second half, securing the victory for Arsenal.
