Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that any deployment of European troops in Ukraine would amount to "a war against Russia", while saying that Moscow does not "threaten the European countries." At the same time, Russia hit a bloc in Odesa.
As a result of a night attack by Russia on Odessa, a multi-storey residential building was damaged. According to the head of the Odessa city military administration Sergei Lysak, six people are hospitalized.
