Some 50 French personalities such as the Nobel Prize laureate for literature Annie Ernaux or the writer Emmanuel Carrère signed, Saturday, November 22, a stand in the newspaper Le Monde in support of Laurent Vinatier. They call on France to do everything in its power to obtain the release of the French researcher, who worked for a Swiss NGO before being arrested and imprisoned in Russia in June 2024.
