Slovenian cycling ace Primož Roglič gained a good half a minute on the leading Spaniard Enrico Mas in Thursday's time trial, but he still has a significant gap ahead of the final three stages. On today's longest route of the Tour of Spain from Velez to Peñas Blancas (210.8 km), he will try to cut into the gap of 1:37 minutes.
Specialist Primoz Roglic takes Enric Mas' time off in the time trial, but the Spaniard claims the overall lead at the Vuelta. And now it's back on a terrain that is much better for him.

Slovenian cycling champion Primož Roglič took an excellent fourth place in the second individual time trial of the 81st Tour of Spain, moving up to second overall, closing in on leader Enrico Mas by just over 30 seconds. Swiss Stefan Küng enjoyed the stage victory.
