RNC to Complete West Coast Expansion by End of Month

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary’s expansion on the west coast is expected to be complete by the end of the month. The expansion was announced by Justice Minister John Hogan last year. The first phase of the initiative was completed on February 1 with the RNC expanding into Massey Drive and Mount Moriah.
