Dunne stock stays on rise with McLaren F1 test drive

Ireland's Alex Dunne, who claimed his first victory in the FIA Formula Two series in Bahrain last month, has been testing a McLaren Formula One car at the Zandvoort seaside circuit in the Netherlands.

The McLaren protégé and new Alpine driver completed a test session at the Dutch track on Wednesday, May 7. For the Irishman, it was his first experience in F1, and he seems to have impressed the Woking team.

Alex Dunne, McLaren's protégé, drove an F1 for the first time in an F1 TPC test in Zandvoort.
