Ridgeland Man Arrested After High Speed Chase Down I-55 Near Briarwood Exit - Darkhorse Press

At approximately 12:13 p.m., Mississippi Highway Patrol State Troopers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Suburban traveling north on I-55 near Woodrow Wilson Boulevard.  The driver led State Troopers in a pursuit that ended near Briarwood Drive. The driver of the Suburban, identified as 45-year-old Joseph Rouser of Ridgeland, was taken into custody without incident and taken to the Hinds County Detention Center in Raymond. Cha…
