Trump had previously warned that the landmark cultural institution in Washington could be torn down. The order comes after Trump was photographed on Wednesday looking at a poster reading "Kennedy Center Demolition" aboard Air Force One.
After the closing of the Kennedy Center because of suspected safety concerns, a judge has prohibited too fast construction measures.
