Replit CEO Amjad Masad envisions a future of “self-driving companies,” where AI agents handle day-to-day tasks and people focus on higher-level decisions.
The co-founder and head of Replit Amjad Mazad, at the TechCrunch Disrupt conference in San Francisco, shared his vision of how neuronets are changing the working process, and he said that business is entering an era of self-directed companies, where routine tasks are taken over by IE agents and people's roles are shifted towards decision-making and taste.
Replit's CEO argues that artificial intelligence agents can already take on much of the operational work, while people retain a central role in decision-making, architecture and judgment.
