The management of the Pardubice City Hall recently came up with an ambitious project. Thanks to the Municipal Rental Fund, several apartment buildings could be built that would help solve housing problems in the regional capital.
The effort to rent a house has gone up in the four Galician provinces, with increases that reach up to 27% in some province as the case of Pontevedra, according to an idealist report.
The average rent in the Czech Republic increased in the second quarter compared to the first three months of the year by 1.2 percent to 343 crowns per square meter. However, it grew more significantly only in three regional cities, namely Pardubice, Ostrava and Olomouc.
