Belgian Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Premier Tech) is the winner of the fourth stage of the Tour de Benelux. On the somewhat uneven course from Riemst to Bilzen (187.3 km), a sprint from the main group decided the race, and with his second victory, Philipsen took the overall lead.
