Following the death of a 16-year-old in a scooter accident following a refusal to comply, the Mayor of Tourcoing, Doriane Bécue, invited Wednesday to "retention and dignity." According to the Lille Public Prosecutor's Office, no third party is involved in the accident, the driver and his passenger were wearing a helmet, and the driver's vital prognosis is not engaged.
