(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest of 18-year-old Matthew Kevin Miller Jr., of Red Oak, on Sunday. Police transported Miller Jr. to the Montgomery County Jail on charges of 2nd-degree criminal mischief (a Class D Felony). Authorities held Miller on a $5,000 bond. Additionally, Police Officers arrested six juveniles for the same violation.
