- In her ruling, Lacy stated that while Gallagher lacks prior criminal history, "the offences are very serious, with significant maximum penalties, and context of DV committed in the home."
- Gallagher is now wanted in two jurisdictions, including his native Ireland for an alleged 2022 assault in Donegal, with immigration authorities confirming he is currently offshore.
