From City of Reading The Reading Fire Department’s Sept. 11 Memorial Service will be held on Friday, Sept. 11, at 9 a.m., to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attack on the U.S. at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and in Somerset, PA.
