Deutsche Bahn has completed the sale of its logistics subsidiary Schenker to the Danish company DSV.

When Deutsche Bahn presents its balance sheet, its subsidiary Schenker often improves the figures. In the future, this will no longer work out: The Group is selling to a Danish logistics group, and jobs in Germany will probably be cancelled.

Formerly as planned, Deutsche Bahn has got rid of its logistics subsidiary Schenker. The acquisition flushes billions into the cash registers – and has thousands of employees anxious for their future at the new Danish owner DSV.
